1 TBS. Olive Oil
Red pepper flakes
Anchovy paste
8 medium fresh tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
Italian Seasonings
16 large shrimp
Feta Cheese
1/2 - 3/4 box of pasta (spaghetti or ziti)
Preparation
Place olive oil in the bottom of a pan and heat on low.
Add (to your liking) red pepper flakes and anchovy paste.
Cut up several fresh tomatoes into small pieces and put
them in the pan to cook until soft. Add one small can of
tomato paste and Italian seasonings. After this has cooked
about 15 minutes, add the pre-cooked shrimp that you have
thawed and sliced in half lengthwise. When the shrimp starts
to curl (5 minutes) add ½ of a small package of feta
cheese that has either basil and tomatoes or garlic in it.
When this comes to a boil it is ready to add to the pasta
that you have been cooking while making the above. Serve
and pass around fresh parmesan cheese.
Comments
Start boiling the water for the pasta prior to starting
to make the shrimp/sauce, drain the pasta before adding
the shrimp and sauce.
