4 Limes Quartered
1/2 Cup of sugar
5 oz. Cachaca (Brazilian liquor made from sugar cane)
Ice cubes preferably crushed Pitcher
Preparation
Combine cut limes and sugar in pitcher and mash with a wooden
pestle until the lime juice and sugar begin to dissolve. Add
Cachaca, mix well and add ice.

Traditional Brazilian drink. Very potent.

Ingredients
2 oz. Mount Gay Rum Eclipse
4 tsp. pumpkin puree
2 tsp. Sugar in the Raw
pinch ground cinnamon
pinch ground allspice
3 oz. half-and-half 1 cup vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
Preparation
Combine all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend
until smooth. Serve in nicely chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg
